Flooring & Kitchen

Flooring will be done with quality Granite /2*2 Vitrified tiles Of Reputed make and Parking Tiles for Portico, Granite Platform for Kitchen Counter with 4’0″ Ceramic Tilling On the Wall with Stainless Steel Sink.

Doors

Main doors will be of Indian Teak Wood frame and shutter designed polished with natural look. Other Doors will be with good quality country wood frame with laminated skin doors. Toilet doors will be of PVC material. Reputed make locks with brass hinges provided for all doors.

Electrical

Concealed wiring Anchor / Finolex/Kundan or equivalent branded with adequate ISI branded switches. Adequate plugs and sockets. Lights, Fan, Power points and Telephone, TV points will be provided. Ac provisions in Bedroom. Inverter options will be provided.

Plumbing and Sanitary Fittings

Parry ware / Hind ware / Johnson or equivalent make with western closets and wash basin. CP fitting will be provided in bathroom, kitchen, wash area. Health faucet in Toilets and geyser points in bathroom will be provided. CPVC pipe for water Supply. High quality PVC drain pipes will be provided.

Painting

Internal walls-Painted with one coat primer, Two coat putty and two coat Asian/ Dulux/ Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent Emulsion paint.

External Walls

Painted with One coat Primer and two coat emulsion paint .

Compound wall

Each villa will have a Compound wall of 5’0″ height with 6’0″ wide MS gate and a Drive way.
